What data we collect

Only what you send us: when you fill out the contact form or write to us by email, we receive your name, email address and message. For our B2B prospecting activity we use data from official public sources (ANAF, Trade Registry) about companies, not natural persons.

Chat assistant

If you use our chat assistant, the conversation (messages and, if provided, your name and email) is recorded so we can reply and improve the service. Do not enter sensitive data in chat. You may request deletion of the conversation any time by writing to us.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies, third-party analytics or marketing pixels. That's why we don't show you a cookie banner — there's nothing to ask.

How we use the data

Exclusively to respond to your request and, if appropriate, continue the commercial discussion. We don't sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing.

Commercial communications

Every commercial email respects SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication and includes one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058). You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, plus the right to data portability. For any of these, write to [email protected] and we'll resolve it within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with ANSPDCP (the Romanian supervisory authority).
